FAQs
How long will my print order take?
Each order is packaged and sent via either Australia Post – or a specialist art courier (dependent on sizing requirements). Orders are always tracked and insured against damage during transit. Please notify the couriers ASAP if you are concerned about the quality of your parcel on arrival.
Where is my order shipped from?
Originals are all shipped from Rebekah’s home studio in Galston, NSW, Australia. Prints are sent direct from Rebekah’s printmakers in Sydney. If you need an order sent express style – please make sure to make a note in the comments on checkout.
Are you shipping internationally?
Absolutely! Artwork being sent overseas can be shipped stretched or rolled in a tube to cut down costs. Get in touch to request a shipping quote for any artworks for sale on this website.
Will the colours look the same as on the website?
Artwork colours are kept as unedited image files taken in natural lighting to ensure true colour saturation is translated to your tech display (as best as possible). However, different screens are sometimes configured to display slightly different colours, so there may be some variation based on your screen configuration. Customer feedback has overwhelming relayed that the depth and complexity of colour is far more exciting in person.
What mediums do you use?
Rebekah works across both acrylic + oil paint in addition to various texture mediums on canvas with satin gloss finishes. All mark making materials are of professional artist quality to ensure longevity of your piece. This ensures that the work will remain light fast and fade resistant.
Do you accept commissions?
Rebekah readily welcomes commission enquiries. Commissions are a unique opportunity to collaborate with the artist, and provide customised symbolic inclusions of colour and mark making that speak to your particular journey. Do you do custom print sizes?
Rebekah is delighted to be offering a collection of works as Fine Art Flatbed Imaged Prints. Her supplier is a boutique Syndye based printmaking specialist. These reproductions of the original work are printed using light fast Any original you see on my site – can also be arranged as a custom order print. Prints are available in a wide variety of sizes – on a beautiful heavy weight cotton paper – to ensure high print quality and longevity of the piece. Where can I visit your work?
Come and visit me at Sydney markets – I will keep you posted on which venues and dates on my IG feed. I would adore to meet you in person – and you will definitely find a few exciting prices on market days 😊
