These Terms and Conditions relate to activities Rebekah Jackson Art Studios ABN 12 524 997 296 conducts.

Rebekah Jackson Studios reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions, are effective from time of publishing.

In the Terms and Conditions listed herein:

“Class” means a block of time with a program during any term course, workshop, or school holiday program.
“Session” Pmeans an individual child workshop or class.
“Term” means a block of classes during school term.

Terms and Conditions

Absenteeism

Fees are non-refundable, unless negotiated for an extended illness, and there are no transfers, refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.

Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Rebekah Jackson reserves the right to postpone a class due to unforeseen circumstances. If this should occur, we will endeavour to provide a substitute of equal standing. Should a class have to be cancelled for any reason, such as insufficient enrolments, any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.

Student Substitutions for Term Courses

Term classes are to be attended by the person enrolled. Another student cannot attend in lieu of the enrolled student for any portion of that term.

Payment of fees

Class fees are listed with the course details on our website.

Payment of the full class fee via online credit card or direct deposit payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your place.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Deposit must be received within 3 days of the placed order. Failure to do so will deem you booking void & it will be made available to other customers.

If you do not wish to enrol via the web, you can enrol in person at the studio. Fees are inclusive of GST and tax invoice will be provided on receipt of payment.

Art Materials

Kids and Teen classes: Art materials are supplied and included in the fee for all children’s art classes and holiday workshops.

Adult Classes:  Art materials are provided unless stated otherwise.          

Marketing

We do take photos during class of student artworks.

These images are used for Rebekah Jackson Art Studios promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website.

These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Rebekah Jackson Art Studios. If you do not wish to have photos/images of your artwork taken or used please notify us in writing.

Student conduct

Rebekah Jackson Art Studios is a safe & welcoming studio space, and we expect students to respect teachers, fellow students, artwork and property.

Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion will not be tolerated.

Students deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be removed, or suspended from the class.

Cleaning of equipment & work space is a shared responsibility.

Punctuality

Students are requested to be punctual for class. Arrival 5-10 minutes before class is acceptable

Children should be escorted to and from the studio by a parent or guardian & picked up at the end of class. Pick up is expected to be within 10minutes of completion of the class.

Occupational Health & Safety

If you have an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect your participation in a class, you should notify Rebekah Jackson Art Studios at the time of enrolment.

Privacy

Contact information you supply to Rebekah Jackson Art Studios will not be shared without your express consent, except where required by law.
